Grant Program Recap
In the aftermath of severe storms and tornadoes that swept through Noble County on April 17, 2024, Southern Pike Solar stepped up its community engagement efforts to support the City of Bucyrus. Recognizing the challenges faced by local businesses in the wake of the natural disaster, Southern Pike Solar launched a grant program aimed at providing much-needed assistance to those affected.
Several local businesses in Bucyrus suffered significant damage, including roof destruction and water damage, as a result of the tornadoes. In response, Southern Pike Solar created a grant program to support these businesses in their recovery efforts. Through this initiative, Southern Pike Solar has awarded grants totaling over $31,000 to 15 different local businesses, helping them to rebuild and get back on their feet.
